What are the best excuses or lines to use when asked "Why did you leave your former employer?"
I'm guessing some BS answers like this:
1. (If fired) The employer and I agreed that the position wasn't working out for the both of us, however I have learned a lot in this position and am very grateful for the time and experience this employer has given me.
2. I am appreciative of the position that I currently hold or have resigned from but I am looking for greater challenges and opportunities.
